US Pre-Order for Unlocked Sony Xperia ZL Begins, Priced $760 Sans Contract and Ships by April 8

The unlocked Sony Xperia ZL Android smartphone is now available to pre-order for consumers in the United States. The handset is offered in two different models at off-contract price-points of $759.99 for the 4G LTE version (C6506) and $719.99 for the HSPA+ variant (C6502).

The Xperia ZL, which features a 5-inch 1080p Full HD display, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and a 13 megapixel camera, is slated to ship by April 8th. Head to Sony’s store to pre-order the LTE unit (HSPA+ ZL should be up shortly).
